Bookings are recommended for Playas Crazy Golf and Boom Box Karaoke. Hot tip: don’t forget to add your Funderclub number to get a discount. 

Walk ins are also welcomed, and bookings are not required for our Old and New School Arcades - simply come on in.

All online bookings are subject to instant review and verification and there are many reasons why a transaction may be declined.

Declined transactions are most commonly related to incorrect payment details, insufficient funds or behaviour that triggers security protections.

Please check you have entered all details correctly, that you are using a local credit card and that your network is not attempting to obscure the transaction (e.g. use of a VPN). Alternate options might be purchasing with another credit card or PayPal.

Additionally, you can also book in-person at your local Funderdome venue.

It varies depending on the time of day, but generally please allow 20 minutes for 9 holes of golf.

A family of three: one adult + two children OR two adults + a child.

Absolutely – entry to The Funderdome is free so come hang out at The Clubhouse and enjoy our diner style menu and bar.

We do not allow outside food into our venue, but we do have a winning food and drink menu. Check it out here.

The Funderdome is a fully licensed venue. Guests who are, or appear to be, younger than 25  will be asked to provide valid photo ID. Acceptable forms of IDs include valid passports, Australian driver’s licenses or proof of age cards.

Those under the age of 18, must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.

The Funderdome is zoned for maximising fun, and we’ve got plenty of space for everyone. Table bookings aren’t required .

For Playa’s Crazy Golf bookings, refunds or swaps are not available within 3 hours of the booking start time. For Karaoke bookings, refunds or swaps aren’t available for 24 hours prior. Please note that booking fees are non-refundable.

A note about refunds under Australian Consumer Law. There are limited circumstances covered under the Australian Consumer Law where refunds are permitted. These circumstances generally relate to where the services provided are not rendered with due care and skill or in compliance with a specified purpose or provided within a reasonable time. They do not include circumstances where you change your mind. Should your circumstances satisfy those requirements, a refund will be provided.

Funds will be returned to your account within 10 business days of your refund being processed. Generally, funds are available within 3-5 business days.

No, booking fees are non-refundable.

No. Crazy Golf bookings are refundable up to 3 hours prior to your start time, and Karaoke bookings 24 hours prior. After this time, bookings are non-refundable.  

Once you’ve loaded Funderbucks to your game card, they’re non-refundable.

The card is yours to keep, you can accumulate points for prizes and save any unused credit for future visits. Your Funderbucks and points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last time you used your Fundercard.

If your card is taking up too much space in your wallet, we offer an in-store recycling program so the planet is winning too.
